Who are we?

TX (“TX”, “We”, “Us”) means multiple companies acting as a joint data controller. TX includes the companies:

What data do we collect?

We collect two types of information concerning users as a data controller: (1) User Data; and (2) Analytics Data.

User Data is primarily received directly from you either in connection with your use of the TX website, e.g. when you fill out forms available on the website or in connection with your interaction with us. In some cases, personal data may be collected from third-party service providers.

We collect and process e.g the following User Data relating to Users and our customer, including potential customers and leads:

– organization you represent
– phone number
– direct marketing opt-outs and opt-ins
– Direct correspondence with TX, e.g. by email

Analytics Data is collected automatically as you visit or interact with the TX Website. We do not use Analytics Data to identify individuals but sometimes individuals can be recognized from it. In such situations, Analytics Data shall also be considered to be personal data under applicable laws and we will treat the combined data as personal data.

How do we collect your data?

We collect data and process data when you:

– Voluntarily complete an application as an employee candidate, use on any of our message boards, send us a message by form on the TX Website, order a newsletter, give marketing consent (opt-in) or reach us via email.
– Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

We may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

– B2B Marketing and prospecting information databases
– Collecting from newspapers and social media
– Knowledge and relationships of our employees and contractors.

How will we use your data?

TX  collects your data so that we can:

– We can market our services and experience, for example in the form of sending newsletters and marketing emails.

TX securely stores your data at:

– TeamTailor recruiting system
– ActiveCampaign marketing automation system
– Google GSuite applications and other similar office applications

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the TX Group.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please send an email to privacy@tx.company with a topic “Opt-Out”.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request TX for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that TX correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that TX erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that TX restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to TX’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

TX group entities acting as joint data controllers towards you are TX affiliates as defined in “Who are we?”. Other TX group entities, if any, shall operate as data processors processing your personal data on behalf of the data controllers.
